Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones, either as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body while they massage other parts of the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly

Hot Stone massage may not be appropriate if you have diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, or are on medication that thins your blood. Hot stone massage is not recommended if you are pregnant or have a sunburn.

Thai Yoga Massage is done fully clothed while the practitioner guides you from pose to pose. No oils or creams are used. The practitioner moves the recipient into various yoga poses while massaging energy channels and specific points. Thai Yoga Massage can improve flexibility, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and have positive effects of well-being for up to a week afterwards.

*To prepare for your Thai Yoga Massage, it is important that you have an empty stomach and that you change into loose comfortable clothing and have clean bare feet.
